merald Apartments is a high-end residential development in Sofia, designed with a focus on comfort, modern aesthetics, and energy efficiency. The project features elegant mid-rise buildings with spacious layouts, panoramic balconies, and generous glazing to maximize natural light. Valda Group was responsible for the design, fabrication, and installation of the complete façade and glazing package. The scope included high-performance aluminium windows, sliding doors, and balcony enclosures, all chosen for their thermal and acoustic insulation properties. The systems were engineered to meet strict fire safety and durability standards, reflecting the premium quality of the development.
