GORA Residential Park is a premium residential development located in one of Sofia’s most desirable green districts. The project includes several modern mid-rise buildings designed with a focus on sustainability, natural light, and panoramic views of Vitosha Mountain. Valda Group provided the full façade and glazing systems for the development, including high-performance aluminium windows, sliding door systems, and ventilated façade cladding. All systems were selected to meet stringent energy-efficiency and acoustic insulation requirements. The design emphasizes minimalism and transparency, aligning with the project's luxury residential character.
