Beli Dunav II is a modern residential complex located at the intersection of St. Mina and Martina Padina streets in Sofia’s Vrabnitsa 1 district, near Lomsko Shose Boulevard. The project consists of two connected buildings with separate entrances (A and B), developed in an L-shaped layout. It includes seven residential floors and an attic level above a ground floor with garages and parking spaces. Valda Group delivered the full façade package for this development, including PVC five-chamber window systems with double glazing, thermal insulation, and armored entrance doors. The construction features reinforced concrete frames and high-spec electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
